Shipping & Returns


Delivery takes place with GLS, where you can either choose delivery to a parcel shop for DKK 40, delivery to a private address for DKK 60 or delivery to a specified business address for DKK 60. GLS has more than 500 parcel shops in stores all over the country.

The delivery time in Denmark is typically 1-5 working days. All our packages are insured and with a track & trace number. When sending your package, you will receive a tracking number.

14 days full right of return

When you shop online at, you have 14 days full right of withdrawal, during which you can inform us that you regret your purchase and then return the item(s) to us. Your right of return runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday. In the case of multiple items ordered in one order but delivered separately, or a product that comes in multiple lots, the period runs from receipt of the last product. You may only handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine the quality and characteristics of the goods.


If you would like to exchange an item, you return the item and place a new order . You can do that immediately and in that way make sure that what you want to buy is not sold out. We will refund the purchase amount for the returned item as soon as we receive it in our warehouse.

You can choose to use the attached return label, it costs DKK 40 and will be deducted from your return amount.

In return, you must ensure that the goods are securely packed. You are responsible for the package / goods until we receive it. So keep the postal receipt and tracking number. You must pay the cost of returning the goods when you cancel.

Important: We expect you to return the package / goods as soon as possible and you must return them within 14 days.

Documentation of your purchase and return form

You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation, invoice or other documentation for your purchase. When we receive the item, we check it and you will be paid back the amount you paid us at the time of purchase (including any shipping costs). The amount is always transferred to the same means of payment as you paid for the purchase. For example, if you have paid by card, the purchase amount will be paid to the payment card you used for the purchase.

Note: You may lose the amount of your purchase, in whole or in part. This happens if the product has deteriorated because:

- You have actually used the product

- It has been damaged while you were responsible for it

- You have handled the item in a different way than was necessary for you to determine the properties and quality.

Right of withdrawal for used goods

There is a 14-day right of withdrawal for goods that you have taken into use. If the item has been used, it can still be returned under the right of withdrawal. As a consumer, you must in principle only take the product in sight, i.e. test your purchase as in a physical store. After receipt, you may only handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine the nature, properties and way in which they function. If the item is used, you can only get a part or none of the purchase amount back. It is the consumer who must pay for any impairment and that value is determined according to what we can get for it in a further sale.

Complaints - if there is something wrong with the product

Your purchase of covered by the Sales Act, including shortage rules. This means that you as a consumer have a 24-month right of complaint, that you can either have a defective item repaired or exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

You must contact us within a "reasonable time"

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. We recommend that you make a complaint as soon as possible, and no later than 2 months after the defect has been discovered. You can complain by contacting us by e-mail to: . When you return the item, please also state in as much detail as possible what the problem is. Please use our returns slip. It is not a requirement, but it facilitates our case processing and minimizes the processing time for the complaint.

In the event of a justified complaint, we will refund reasonable shipping costs

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs to send the item back to us. Otherwise, you must bear all costs of transport, including our shipping costs for returning the item after the examination. Remember that the item must always be in good packaging and receive a receipt for dispatch. You are responsible for the package / goods up to our reception. So keep the postal receipt and tracking number.
